Spanish I

Prerequisite:  None

Spanish I is a two-semester course designed for beginning students with little or no Spanish language abilities.  It fills one year of the two-years of foreign language required for entrance into some institutions of higher learning.  Students enrolled in Spanish I will be taught some basic conversational skills in Spanish.  The goal of this course is to produce performance with language rather than knowledge about language.
